Goodweek raises $12M seed round to launch the first AI Manager for businesses

AI is becoming essential for every business, but most of them don’t have an AI team. Employees adopt tools on their own, often with personal accounts. Sensitive data leaves the company every day, subscriptions multiply across teams, and nobody has a clear view of who uses which model, with what data, at what cost. The tools meant to save time have become one more thing to manage.

Goodweek today announced a $12M seed round led by Adara Ventures to solve that problem with the first AI Manager for businesses: one simple place to govern AI models, data, users, access, usage and spend.

The mission behind it is simple: help every team in every company have a good week at work, thanks to AI. Hence the company’s motto: Everyone deserves a good week.

Not another AI interface

Goodweek brings every leading model (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Mistral and more) into one governed platform, connected to the tools a company already runs on. Simple for employees to adopt, secure for IT and compliance teams to control, smart in how it routes each task to the right model, and saving in both cost and execution time.

Goodweek deliberately focuses on small and mid-sized businesses. They are adopting AI faster than anyone, yet rarely have dedicated AI governance or data teams. Goodweek gives them that structure without adding complexity.

A team of serial startup builders

Founded in September 2025, Goodweek already counts 50 people across three countries, with customers in the US, France, Spain, the United Kingdom and the Benelux. The new funding will accelerate go-to-market and open new markets in Latin America and Asia.

CEO Guillaume Nominé co-founded Atolia, a collaboration solution sold to JustCall in 2022, which he led from his student days through to the sale. Co-founder and CFO Nicolas Stehle led several entrepreneurial ventures before Goodweek, including Scalefast (sold in 2022).

Investors

The round was led by Adara Ventures, with participation from Anamcara Capital, BGV, BY Venture Partners, CentraleSupélec Venture, FJ Labs, Interlace Ventures, True Ventures and Bpifrance.
